Can't decide? What I’ve heard most is that people can’t decide which challenges they should do. Here’s a list the challenges some of the other participants have committed to.
- Talk to one stranger each day
- Down with sweets!
- Don’t tell a lie for 30 days
- Practice self-compassion and self-love
- No escalators, no elevators
- 200 sit-ups
- 100 push-ups
- Healthy lunches only
- Choke down those vitamins
- Floss
- Write an I-like-this-about-you note/text/email each day for someone
- Take a cold shower every day
- Don’t complain for an entire day
- No alcohol for 30 days
- Meditate
- Exercise daily
- Smile at the pushy people on the subway
- Wake up earlier
- Watch a documentary every Saturday
